We are never afraid to say we were wrong!, when we first heard about the Geek Bar we instantly wrote it off as another attempt at a disposable device that would serve little purpose and create far too much additional plastic for landfill.
So, how did we get on and what changed our minds?
We have had alot of enquiries from our customers about whether / when we would be stocking the Geek Bar, where has the hype come from and what has made this one stand out?.
I decided we had better get some in and give them a go, they arrived and whilst the outer packaging was quite unimpressive the device itself was quite funky, bold colour and understated branding.
The guys and gals at Geekvape are on to something here, could this be the device that will grow in popularity in the same way Juul did in the early days (though Juul has declined masively since mid 2020)
A good range of 10 flavours, and they are good flavours, decent and lasting flavour from a device that actually vapes well, plenty of vapour production and good flavour, a winning combination.
Value for money
According to the box each device should deliver upto 575 puffs, this could last the user for 2.5 / 3 days and the flavour remains good even after a few hundred puffs
Unlike other disposables which are marketed by the juice manufacturer the Geek Bar is marketed by Geekvape, this tells us that their primary focus was the hardware (which is probably why it is so good), fortunately they dont appear to have cut any corners with theliquids as they are suprisingly good as well.
This is one disposable that warrants the hype, deserves the praise and will be a fantastic addition for any vaper to carry for times when they need a back up, great for travel, great when you run out of coils and ideal to be able to grab when you are out and about and your batteries are exhausted!
